It’s been a minute since Gal Gadot hit our screens as Wonder Woman, but the actress still gives off major superhero vibes wherever she goes. Exhibit A: Her appearance at the Barbie premiere in London, where she rocked super-strong legs and a flash of sideboob in a chic minidress.
In some pics from the red carpet, Gal was rocking a brown JW Anderson dress with white stripes down the front. The dress seemed to be made of leather (or pleather) and featured a structured skirt that gathered at the waist, giving everyone a look at Gal’s legs for days.
“Bravo Margot Robbie and Greta Gerwig! You’ve created such a delicious, colorful, fun movie that carries such an important message. I had so much fun watching The Barbie movie! Congrats 💖💖💖💖,” Gal captioned her photos from the premiere. She looked seriously strong and happy as she posed for the paps. And her friends and followers were very quick to let Gal know what they thought of her ‘fit. “The REAL Barbie 💖💖💖💖,” commented one person. Another added, “This Barbie sizzles!!! 🔥🤎🔥.” Facts!
Here’s another peek at the outfit:
There’s no doubt Gal is looking seriously strong, but how does she stay in superhero shape? Luckily, she has shared some of her best fitness secrets over the years. Gal’s trainer Magnus Lygdback previously told Women’s Health that he and Gal trained for at least an hour a day, five days a week, when she was prepping for Wonder Woman 1984. During their time together, Gal focused on resistance training that targeted different muscle groups on different days of the week. They hit on legs, chest and back, arms and shoulders, lower body, and upper body, depending on the day, Magnus shared.
“I’m a big fan of working different parts of the body every day so your body gets to recover and rest in between,” he said.
It seems the strength-building worked quite well, as seen in this pretty perfect handstand:
When she’s not filming, Gal takes workouts at a more relaxed pace, she told Harper’s Bazaar. During these times, she enjoys paddle boarding, TRX, and bike rides!
To fuel up for all those intense workouts, Gal focused on eating whole foods, protein, complex carbs, veggies, and healthy fats, her trainer shared with WH. Her day may start out with a breakfast of poached eggs with quinoa, tomato, and avocado, followed by grilled tuna and veggies for lunch, and steak wild ride, kale, and kimchi for dinner.
By the way, in case you didn’t know, this health queen even started her own food company. Gal owns Goodles, a plant-based noodle company, so she’s always enjoying those treats as well.
Keep crushing it, Gal!
